United we stand, divided we fall. We’ve all heard those words before…in fact, most of us probably saw them on a history test or two. Even if they were coined as a reasonable excuse for what happened during the civil war, we can’t deny the truth of them. Just as we can’t deny the truth of the phrase: Divide and conquer.

If you look throughout the world’s history, you will see evidence of both of these phrases. History shows that civilizations rose due to the people being united in a common goal. History also shows the fall of these civilizations due to becoming divided within their ranks, often due to some outside force. The same can be seen today.

Today, in this country, we have some serious choices to make. There are those who claim to have the best interests of this country in mind, while behind the scenes they are working over-time to destroy all that this country stands for. These people work to destroy us from within using religious disagreements, moral arguments, hatred, economic instability, and fear.

We are told on a daily basis that this group or that group is out to destroy us. The groups vary and the people vary, but one thing remains constant…we are pitted against one another. Even groups of people that unite together under a common cause are eventually convinced by outside sources that they shouldn’t trust each other.

It is a very crafty plan created by very smart people who understand that if you cause dissention among the ranks, the army will eventually collapse. When the army collapses, it’s an easy matter to pick off the individuals one by one.

It is my firm belief that had the Africans banded together against the Europeans, instead of selling their countrymen into slavery, those slave-traders wouldn’t have had a chance. The Africans could have united to run those slavers out of their ports and kept control of their own fates. Instead, they handed each other over for the promise of wealth and power.

I also believe that had the American Indians banded together as a nation, rather than continuing the infighting between the tribes, then the settlers would have been forced to return to their homelands. Instead, they were overwhelmed one tribe at a time and forced onto reservations where they now receive their monthly, “Gee, we’re sorry” check. A once proud people have been systematically reduced in numbers and pride by a very determined government effort.

In Scotland, when they were divided between an English King and the King of the Scots, it was sadly their own aristocrats that sold them out. Fearing reprisals from the English King, fearing losing the wealth and lands they had managed to retain, they sold their people out to the English government. The Scottish people were little more than slaves to their English occupiers and it took someone of common-birth to band the country together against the corruption of English-rule.

In each of these instances it was the division of the people that allowed corruption to win; that allowed freedom to die.

Right now in America, there is a movement racing like wildfire across the nation: The movement for freedom. People all across the nation are becoming aware that their freedom is at risk and that something has to be done to assure that freedom continues to ring. But, that movement is in serious danger of falling prey to the pitfalls of in-fighting. If we allow that to happen, freedom will end up being nothing more than a footnote in history.

What we have to remember is that we will not always agree on everything. We will have different opinions on some issues, we will see things from different perspectives, and we will think some things are more important than others. We are all different people from different walks of life, so differing viewpoints are to be expected. However, I think we can all agree on one thing: Freedom is the most important issue of all. For without freedom, those other issues cease to exist.

Regardless of our differing beliefs on religion, sexual-orientation, immigration, political parties, or any other number of issues, the ability to make those choices for ourselves must stand! Without that freedom, we are lost anyway.

For the time being, we must do our best to put aside our differences and focus on the real issue at hand: Freedom. If we allow ourselves to be divided, we will certainly face defeat. However, if we stand together, if we stand united, we will eventually claim the victory.

Bravo Jenn! Another great article that needed to be written. Plato said that no grass roots movement should be allowed to arise. Instead, they needed to be infiltrated or manufactured, to control the dissent. The state causes us to fictionalize, to compartmentalize. We argue over minor unimportant issues like Masons, Illuminati, Luciferian beliefs vs Ancient Babylonian Mysteries, or Alien half-breed ancient bloodlines…the list goes on and on. These are things that keep us focused on arguing versus working on solutions with a united effort focusing on individual liberty.

Stick with the facts, stick with the issues at hand, stick with the Constitution and Bill of Rights, The Declaration, and the writings of the Founding Fathers and other of the Enlightened thinkers who gave us the concept of freedom.

Unite under freedom, forget issue division, forget “conspiracies” that we argue over, forget all the distractions, and focus on working together, for freedom.
